Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return for a product purchased from our live supply store.

Start with a message

Email lorenzo@fresh-n-cleanservices.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. You can also call or text 219-413-8661. We will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return condition

Return items in their original condition with the packaging, accessories and included parts where possible. Tell us if an item was opened, used, damaged or leaking so we can arrange an appropriate solution. Do not mail leaking chemicals or hazardous products without specific shipping instructions.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Keep the packaging and, when practical, send photos of the item and packaging. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, we will work with you on a replacement or refund and cover an approved return’s shipping cost.

Return shipping

For a change of mind or an item ordered in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. We will explain the shipping arrangement before the return is sent. Any applicable nonrefundable delivery charge must have been disclosed before purchase; we will not add an undisclosed restocking fee.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting an accepted return, we will confirm the result and send approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the money appears in your account. If you prefer an exchange, ask us first so we can confirm availability.

What this policy covers

This policy covers products bought from our live store. Cleaning and facility service work follows the separately agreed service terms. Admin demo orders do not create purchases, shipments or refunds. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
